Here is what people have to say about Alternative Compassion Services:

If I could I would have gave 0 stars!! If your going to charge top shelf prices for flower at least make sure the quality is decent . I got a 1/2 oz that was going to expire a week after I bought it. And it was full of leaves like the trimmer had no clue what they were doing. Definitely never doing business with this place again 👎👎👎👎
Great selection and prices. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will tell you all specials and of their sales on specific day deals. I have always been pleased with my purchases.
Hull Ma,The staff at ACS are extremely friendly. They are well informed of their products and will answer any questions you may have. The store is bright and very clean. Your able to see what you are purchasing. I highly recommend this store. If Sara is working make sure you say hi to her. When you come to the Hull location Please bring a new gift to be donated to our Veterans! ACS has a box for Donations!
