I can’t say enough great things about this location!! Not only does it smell AMAZING when you walk in, the staff is super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Sky marks MUV has been my go to ever since they opened. They have a wonderful team of employees, all super helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. I’ve been to many different dispensaries and this one is by far the best! Today I had the pleasure of having Jonathan help me, amazing customer service from him and every employee there. They also have really good deals on 99% of the time and the wait time is great.
This place is great! The staff is always helpful and courteous (also very knowledgeable). Also the location is very clean. It’s new, but I figured it’s worth mentioning. It is cash only; I know some dispensaries will offer Apple Pay or debit cards so just be prepared. That’s the only issue. There is an ATM there though.
First time there gentleman named Crow assisted me. Crow explained everything to me in detail and gave great information on products that could be beneficial to issues I'm having. Very professional is the words I would use to describe him. I am 10x more knowledgeable leaving than when I came in. Crow is a tremendous asset in his industry. Thanks again brother 🙏
There was a wait, but it is Saturday after all. Once I was called back I had a wonderful experience with Janna. She was extremely helpful and beyond pleasant. She didn’t make me feel rushed and took her time to answer the questions I had. I’ll be back for sure!
Been a loyal customer for 3 years but Manager (Linda) was very unprofessional and rude made my experience terrible and left me feeling uneasy, I will not be coming back if she’s working . As for all the other employees they made me feel welcomed and understood and I appreciate that so much. but as a medical dispensary medicating people with anxiety and depression etc.. I find her management to be very unhelpful and unprofessional she left me feeling worse than when I went in.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, the smile goes a long way too. There are too many unhappy people in the world nowadays so it's nice to see someone that is so pleasant to deal with.
I walked in and was immediately warmly welcomed by the receptionist. They took my Information and waited less than 5 minutes to go back. That place was literally spotless!! The young guy that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with me while I decided what I wanted. He also shared all of the deals they were running so I could get the best price. MUV has the best customer service in town! I recently had some hardware issues & they wouldn’t let me leave until I was 100% satisfied. Another shop has opened 30 seconds from my home, but I’d rather drive the 15 minutes to shop at MUV! Lovely staff & great products.
Great location with a great staff. Everyone is happy to serve and willing to share information with anyone. It is always nice to see individuals with great big smiles and well wishes. By far, my favorite location for quick pickups; I am usually in and out within 15 min. Products are always fresh and potent for my needs. Inventory is usually expansive unless it is a holiday (but that is to be expected). I have shopped at this location three times a month for the past three years. It is a definite recommendation for individuals to at least stop by and get that smile back on your face.
I hear great things about this location ! Probably one of the best location in the Tampa Area. While I’m not a patient here, my wife Mya is one of their employees, and really great with her patients! I hardly ever make posts like these, but figured I would make one for a business and location that has always treated me very well. Every time I come in, many employees recognize me or know my name, gives ya that feeling like your're seeing an old friend again, ya know? All of the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and will give you their honest opinions about all the variations so that you can make an informed choice. Without a sale going on, the prices can be so-so, but when they do have sales it usually has very good perks to it and you can stock up for cheap. Highly recommend 😁

Customer service was great. The employees helped me pick out just what I needed to help with specific things. Entire store is nice & clean. Unfortunately, except for the 2 things I get from there once a year. I have stopped shopping at Müv for my weekly visits because the prices are just way to high! For things that are just the same at other dispensaries for a lot less. Not the store or employees fault. So just know that if price isn't an issue for you, this is an all around amazing place to visit.

I couldn’t be more pleased when I pop into MUV. I used to go to trulieve but catch myself going to MUV more and more mostly do to their customer service. I was brought right back. I asked for a specific flower that carried a specific terpine. He broke is down should me print outs. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

You walk in, and it has the atmosphere Introverts Dream of! Quiet, mellow, comfortable. Cool, gray, smelling faintly of happiness. The waiting area is open, but awkward if busy. (It usually isn't, another great quality.)

I have nothing negative to say about MUV in general, they most definitely have the best products and every employee I’ve ever encountered, at any location, has always been very friendly and answered all my questions.

However, at this location in particular, I’ve always encountered a woman named (maybe?) Diana and the manager of the store, I’m terrible with names, but nonetheless, these 2 absolutely go above and beyond to make sure you know what you’re buying and how to use it.

I went in to pick up my order that I had placed the day before and decided to ask a few questions about other methods to use than what I have been. She and the manager were VERY informative, asked me questions on what I’m looking to achieve and gave me her opinions on what roads to take.

I left the dispensary with the order I came to pick up, plus one other method. After having the knowledge in my mind for a few hours, I decided to take her advice and place the order for more of her suggestions.

When I came back to pick up that order, the manager is the one who helped me, as he was there when I was with Diana, he knew a little about my situation already and he was right there to give me more information, more suggestions and how to properly use everything.

Like I said, I’ve always had a positive experience at MUV but the experience here really is second to none.

The focus is on helping the clients. They have a great online payment platform and amazing points system. Oh yea, they give discounts to veterans.

The five star review is for the people that work there and the product. However, the clients are the ones that irritate me. There always seems to be someone in the bunch that takes forever to figure out what they want as if they’ve never smoked before. Don’t inconvenience people in the lobby with your learning curve. Go to the website. Find out what they have. If you have any questions google it. Educate yourself instead of wasting our time.

I loveeeee that they have a drive thru! Some days I just don't wanna get our of my car! The problem for me with muv is they have a very limited selection on vape cartridges. My son goes there for their concentrates and he likes them. They also have good flower choices.

This is a really nice location. We’re from the Tampa area, so we wanted to check this location out. The store was clean and the staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. We were going to use our rewards points, but they advised we can get more for the same price, not using them. They looked out for us to save money and get more. Everyone here (from Matt at the front to Matthew in the back to Ashley at the register) is awesome. The slight overwhelming feeling I had when I first walked in (newbie) immediately disappeared w Ashley. She helped me understand the jargon, the products, & handled my (annoying!) allergy amazingly. Honestly I feel so good knowing that they listen to my questions & don’t mind the time it takes to explain it to my newbie brain. 10/10 would recommend. Tell your friends, kids.

Any MÜV that I've been to and (I've been to a lot of them) has given me great customer service. they always have a solid selection their knowledgeable at this particular store I had a rough experience one time it wasn't bad it was rough and at the end it was fine I came back in the next day in the manager was working and he pulled me aside and he's like I just want you to know that if anything is ever wrong or out of place you come and find me and I will fix it that alone in addition to solid customer service and good deals good flower solidified a customer for life at least at this location
I just got my card last week and I’ve been to MUV twice. Love the layout. Convenient stop for me. Staff has been super nice and helpful both times. Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out yesterday with some solid recommendations when I stopped in without any real plan. If you’re into vapes I highly recommend the dart pods. The battery is great and the flavor of the carts is like nothing I’ve tried before. The first 3 visit discounts are solid also.
This place is so stocked with variety! I was going to Truelieve that’s 5 min from my house, but now I purposely drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here. Christopher was so knowledgeable and professional. Super nice and patient with me and helped me understand what to look for.

Nice facility. Purchasesd Savvy and t1 ice cream cake. Wasn't disappointed. Only thing I didn't care for was people coming n in with their huge "service" dogs shedding hair and dander everywhere. Not everyone is ok with that. Not a very sanitary facility when one dog is licking his butt on the lobby floor while the other is scratching at fleas.
MUV Palatka is amazing! The store is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products and happy to help you with any questions that you may have. I've been there several times and I've never had a bad experience! The quality of the products are top-notch! With all of their various sales and promotions it is very easy to save money here.

Really incredible products and good service, not exactly competitive on pricing and deals but it's not super bad just makes me hesitant to get ALL my stuff there. Went for the first time recently to be honest, and it was larger inside than I predicted, quite clean and modern looking. In my opinion though the real draw is the premium products and they speak for themselves (or put you to sleep themselves lol), what I'm getting at is it's good stuff! If there were more flash sales this would be my go to spot but I like to mix in cheap shake sometimes.

Its very nice inside and you never have to wait very long even when they are busy to get your order. This was my first dispensary I ever went to in Florida and easily became my favorite. They run really good sales too!
Erica was so helpful, she told me about the MUV loyalty program app & I even got a free pre roll because I downloaded the app. She also made sure I knew they had special complementary parking right on main which makes it even easier to go there!!!! I love this place good prices, great service and clean and friendly atmosphere!

Excellent chat support! Stephany was very helpful and efficient.I went to the Sarasota Main store to pick up my order and the experience was wonderful as well. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The staff were way more professional and knowledgeable than any other Dispensary I've been to in town. There was a great selection of Flower Strains and they weren't overloaded with tons of different Companies products for certain things. The place is super clean and private. I'll definitely be back!

MÜV is one of my favorite dispensaries to purchase flower because it’s very high quality for amazing deals. The store is under construction outside but it’s beautiful and spacious inside. I love this location and have always had amazing experiences here.

She was absolutely amazing and explained everything perfectly. She even took the extra time to get specialists involved in my child’s evaluation. Everyone in the office was very nice, they even opened the door for us and were very welcoming. My family of 5 is definitely going back and I highly recommend. It’s hard to find a good dentist in PSL.
I have had my medical card for almost two years. Moved away from the area & came back after being hooked on other dispensaries from my previous location. Decided to give MUV a try today & I am so glad I did. From beginning to end it was such a positive experience. Shout out to the front office man (sorry I forget his name) & also Emma! They were both incredible & I can not wait to visit again! I highly recommend this dispensary for anyone that wants to feel at home & welcomed. Not to mention their products definitely out weigh the other dispensaries in the area. I left amazed on the overall experience. ⭐️
Brandi in phone customer service was amazing walked me through everything had my pickup order ready in 30 minutes. Then i get to the store and they made sure I was well taken care of as well.. My first visit and won't be my last

If you're looking to get your medicine from a calm and peaceful place this is the spot. They have really put together a great staff at this location. They listen to your needs and help you find the products most suitable to you. Not to put one over the next because they really are all great, but I gotta shout out Cody! He knows his stuff and is a great help!

I'm a Disabled American vet that's broker than a joke and can't rent A-tent and these horrible people sold me some substandard flower that someone's good someone's bad very inconsistent and all the other companies guarantee their product and you can bring it back and trade it and that's all I wanted to do was trade it

Money is extremely hard to come by for me and they want to pump me Fuller obeyards but I've given this company Is thousands and thousands of dollars And they don't even backup any of their products or the quality they are
