For about the last 12 months, I make the drive from Toledo about once per month to load up on all my favorite goodies from Glass Jar. Every single time I have received outstanding service and my most recent trip was no exception.

This time I noticed when you place your online order there was a spot for special requests. I asked them to draw a kitty on the bag, not actually expecting them to do it.

Well surprise, surprise I show up and was greeted by this beauty on a Saturday afternoon. Like I said before, this staff is outstanding. I LOVE IT!!!!

As I was walking in, up to Ashleigh station, she greeted me with a wonderful smile. I liked her immediately. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but I didn’t recognize the labels. She assured me the product matched my previous purchases and we proceeded to checkout. Aside from the professionalism, she was great to talk to during my visit.
