Went here yesterday to grab some local flower while spending the weekend in Fort Collins. I'm a med patient so I went to the med side. First off, the waiting area was like 85 degrees and we waited for about 15 minutes just to get checked in. Once in, the experience was awkward at best. I let the guy know I was looking for sativas. He just pointed to their printed menu. He wasn't able to answer any questions about their flower. The breaking point was when I asked the lineage of one of the sativas. He said, I don't know. It's Willies Reserve if that helps. It did not. I asked if he could find out. His response word for word was "No, but I've found that Google can be very useful" and just stood there. I told him I'll be buying nothing and walked out. I can't justify giving this business my money after being treated this way as a med patient. I've never met a more incompetent bud tender before. Selling something he knows nothing about and telling customers to just Google it. We went to another dispo and had an awesome experience and the budtender knew his stuff. Spent our $100+ there.
Annoyed with the fact I’ve had two instances in a row where I’m supposed to get a discount and don’t. I go in here probably 4 - 5 times a week, always pretty quick in and out. Good prices but not always the best variety.
