gLeaf dispensary is well organized and offers a wide selection of products in a professional setting. Safety isn't a concern due to the presence of an officer, and there are ample parking spaces. Unfortunately, ordering online is the preferable option which may be difficult for those without technology or experience. The customer service needs improvement as wait times to get advice over the phone are overly long. The dispensary is not very accommodating for those with disabilities either, as one customer was made to wait in the crowded waiting area when she requested a pager due to her disabilities. Though some have complained about the changes, others are adapting and find the new layout of the store more convenient. Overall, gLeaf is a decent store, however you may want to research in advance in order to ensure comfort.
