If you're looking for quality products and customer service with a smile, then Ultra Health is not the place to go. Numerous customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service they've received in the past, reporting employees as being rude and dismissive. There have also been problems with ID acceptance, and on top of that the products are mostly stems and not of desired quality. Fortunately, not all of the staff are unhelpful, with some reports of customer service being friendly and helpful. However, these experiences have been rare and overall customer satisfaction has been unsatisfactory.
