I recently visited Carlsbad Dispensary for 4/20 and had an overall great experience. The service was friendly and the employees, Kat and Ham from Corpus Christi, were knowledgeable about the products. They helped me choose the perfect vape cartridge for my birthday present, Orangesicle, and it tasted great! The atmosphere was pleasant and they provided enough information regarding the products and the production process. Unfortunately, my experience may not have been the same previous times since I was met with unkind employees who appeared to be bored with their job, and were rolling eyes when I asked a question. The security guard was particularly unfriendly and seemed to be in a bad mood. Despite all this, I would still recommend the dispensary if the customer service has improved.
