Particularly, the manager Carl stands out and deserves more than he is paid. Although this store had great prices and products, customer service was lacking and false advertising was often used. To ensure the best shopping experience, I highly recommend Cannrose, a place that genuinely cares about customers and not just their money. On the other hand, fans of Big Rapids must check out High Society as they are doing it right with great prices, selection of products and budtenders that guarantee a satisfying experience. My husband and I have consistently been more than pleased.
