Great service and always patient-centric. They take the time to know their patients and make them feel welcome. Very helpful recommendations and troubleshooting when I’ve been looking for specific and targeted relief.
They sell delta 9. They don’t replenish stock. Some items have been out for two months. Staff is awesome. Just not real impressed with inventory or product at all.
Being the first time walking into any Ohio Dispensary, I felt very welcome & not rushed at all. The salesperson was amazing, she knew her stuff and understood that I was there to medicate myself & my wife (I’m a caregiver & patient in Ohio) I was told that since I’m now in their system I can place orders online and pull up and never leave my car. I knew I was going to be paying a higher price than other states because of it being Ohio, but everyone treated me well and I was given tons of deals.
Really, really good people working here. The staff is extremely helpful, and the menu is extensive enough to find a precise match to whatever one may need. Also, I have to say that the general mood is upbeat, and the interaction between each person is a positive one. Thank you!!!
