A FANTASTIC dispensary! It's so clean, and has the most interpersonal, engaging and knowledgeable group of individuals that run it. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out with any questions or concerns you may have.

This place is the most client oriented establishment I've been to in a long time. If you have your medical card, this is by far the best choice to help you with any and all of your needs/concerns.
Went there for my first time today, it went awesome!! They set me up at reception with my new account I can't remember his name but he was awesome, then I went right in and I believe his name was Erik, he showed me the menu and explained everything. I will definitely order ahead next time so it'll be ready when I get there, but it want a long wait ordering there anyways. From start to finish I think I was in there 20 min. 👍👍👍 Definitely my home dispensary 😁
I usually have a pleasant experience here. But today I checked out with Brittany (wears a headband) she was very rude and unhelpful and rushed me out when she didn’t want to answer my question about points (maybe she didn’t know) I had to go to the front desk and ask a very nice gentleman to help me & he was awesome. Brittany should be more upbeat and have a smile on her face ready to help any customer who needs help. I felt uncomfortable but was turned around very quickly when I asked a different worker that was ready to help. Overall a great place though.
I have frequented this dispensary for the past 2 yrs & I've been greeted by the same friendly faces!! I love the staff & atmosphere! They make it a fun interactive experience holding different events each month. The majority of my transactions are handled by Olga the OG! She always keeps me in the know about their products & upcoming events! She is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & always suggests new products when I want to switch up my order! The staff is all so friendly & accommodating. The VIP area is a nice perk now that they've opened up to recreational - there is minimal wait time despite the influx in customers. Highly recommended!
I drove down, just for 1g of concentrate. But, when I saw the promos & deals, I ended up leaving w/ 10g & some flower power! Some of the prices in Worcester right now. 🍯💨. Great prices, staff is friendly, very clean and nice the inside. They have Pride shirts! Stickers & seeds for $15 all together. Great price for the vape cartridge. Love the pre-rolls! Low income hardship & Veterans 10% off, 25% for first time New Patients. Definitely going again!!
I have been a regular for a little over 2 years now, and it's one of the only two places I go! Staff is always welcoming, and are transgender friendly. (They changed my name in their system to match the name I prefer so I do not get deadnamed or misgendered)

Recently Colin was super helpful and patient, as I had run into some issues with my payment and had to put my order on hold. Him, along with the rest of the staff that day, were wonderfully kind and accomidating! It's the reason I continue to shop at this location. Prices are also great and if you go on certain days you can get extra points. Great concentrate variety!
Not enough stars for Christian, who went so above and beyond for my mother and I, that I had to let the world know! I suffer from terrible anxiety and my wallet was stolen, so my mom volunteered to do an order pick up. She's been before for other reasons and ALWAYS comments on how approachable staff is. She's 76! This is a whole new world for her! The Botanist blows other shops away - friendly, down-to-earth customer service, shop is beautiful visually and deal-wise, they are the absolute best in the area.
Amazing place and staff! Went for the first time today and worked with Matthew. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly. He was in no rush at all explaining different products and what they do. As well as tips for getting the most out of each product. The majority of my purchase today was all his recommendations. Even the guys in the front lobby were so professional and was into educating as well. The owner of this company should be very proud of the staff here. They made my experience worth the drive.
I love the choices of product and price. Staff are very knowledgeable professional and fun. They make me want to come back. Those at check in in front, and Marcus in back. I love interacting with Marcus. He's fun!
Great service and set-up. Staff is accommodating from security check-in to purchase. Very well knowledgeable on their products and will gladly answer any questions or give advice. Good menu selection on all cannabis products. Plenty of space when inside and waiting for your order. Only downfall is parking...it being in downtown, it doesn't have its own lot. Expect to pay for street or lot parking. My go-to dispensary!

Went in as a first time card holder and the process was not only very clearly explained to me, it was done so very genuinely kindly.

Noah sat me down in a private room and he answered all of my questions patiently, never spoke over me, and was very knowledgeable both about products and how they applied to me and what I was looking for from my medication. The suggestion he gave me was spot on what I needed. Thanks!

My husband visited for his first time (I waited in the lobby) and they were incredibly kind and helpful to both of us. They run a tight operation and don't cut any corners. Definitely the place to go, especially if it's your first visit to a dispensary and you have questions.

0 stars for customer service. i was considering quitting due to the lack of real quality. today i was not paying attention and they sold me ground trash. i don't buy ground trash. thank you for giving me the final push over the edge to quit. i need my money worse than you or the state. have a great time trying to sell the garbage to someone else. i will never be back. if they didn't change employees every other day they might know their customers. i have been going in there since the beginning of them opening. after their phone tender argued with me about points, that i had to bring to their attention, and still after i did they would not admit their mistake, and then actually admitted i was right but would not listen to me telling them they were wrong. disrespectful and rude phone tenders, a no return policy once you walk out the door even if you never opened it. what happened to the gasolina you could only get 1/10s of? it was real marijuana. i suggest shopping somewhere else if you are going to purchase without surprises. you won't have to worry about kicking me out over your incompetent staff starting arguments over anything dealing with this process. I GO THERE TO RELIEVE STRESS, NOT GET IT.
