Glad MedMen is gone for good! The flower and vapes are pretty good, always worth it to grab something on sale there. Today I was helped by Brandon, he made sure that my pick up was 💯 Got the gram each of drip (1 & 5). Very kind and helpful. I mistakenly didn’t ask the other gentleman’s name who was working there, but also very kind and knowledgeable. Had a hat and glasses and told me about a snack place and an awesome taco truck. I love this store. The customer service is off the charts. Always making good recommendations as well as making the atmosphere welcoming. I’ve had Monica and Camila twice now, and they both are fantastic each time I come. I met Brian today and he was great as well. I will be coming back often. The best products in the industry!

Love this crew! Aimee, Cindy, Harrison, Sam, & everyone else take great care of me! Every time I open the door there is a smiling familiar face. Aimee and Cindy always know what I’m looking for and always provide great feedback on strains and methods of consumption. Sunburn the only brand I can rely on to be consistent and it’s the only shop brand in my stash. St Pete location rocks!

I am sad to say that since SUNBURN purchased this dispensary from MEDMEN, the choice of sativa strains to so.etimes zero. I don't want Indica as it makes me sleepy. This either gets corrected, or I have to go elsewhere.

I only went in because their neighbor was out of flower.

The selection was amazing, and I will be happy to go back. Modern showroom with samples and cool tablet displays.

Hands down one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had locally! Sunburn’s brick & mortar location, along with their staff, definitely have a friendly and unique vibe. I’m loving their high quality cannabis flower! With that said, I had to take advantage of their Next Day Free Delivery when you spend $49! What I honestly appreciated the most was the communication between the dispensary the day the order was placed, all the way through until my punctual delivery arrived the next day. I had a friendly courtesy call with Jonathan to confirm my next day delivery window. The day of delivery, Ian was kind enough to keep me updated of my delivery status throughout the day. I appreciate this as it keeps my day open knowing exactly when to expect my delivery. The transaction was super quick and simple with CanPay. I will definitely be taking advantage of of Sunburn’s cannabis delivery service in the future!
Jen and Daniel are both great at customer service and resolving concerns. They both went above and beyond to correct an issue ahead on my order. Honestly, don’t understand why bud tenders are not allowed tips. They both would receive a great tips today dealing with my order issues and resolving it. Thanks again Jen and Daniel.
Renee did an amazing job showing me how everything works on my very first time in a dispensary and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. Also had pleasant conversation while waiting for order to complete, the interior was impressive I enjoyed the space and the touch screen tablets to place your order. Not to mention I did have an issue with a product that was damaged but it was handled immediately when I came back to the store with no issue.
Incredible first time experience at Sunburn. I got the petrol station and grape haze flower. Both delicious. If you want the ultimate Sunburn experience ask for TAYLOR! She will get you right. She‘s very knowledgeable about cannabis and the company she works for. She makes you feel welcome, and takes her time to answer any questions you have. Literally the best customer service I’ve experienced in a Florida dispensary.

Friendly atmosphere, cool design. They have good quality rosin badder buckets at $60/g retail, and a maxed out every day buy more, save more discount lowers that to $42/g - not bad for this market. Lily did a great job helping me out!
