NO CONSUMER PROTECTION Constantly offers false advertisement with sales and product availability. Can enter the store, order products online and then product not available. Product still shows available for sale though it’s not. Store issues no credits for their discrepancies, doesn’t price match, DOES NOTHING. Store could issue credit from all their profits but nothing stated their female Caucasian manager 2-22.. Happened more than 3times.
Love the selection, LOVE the staff but the online ordering system constantly has issues. It will tell you that something in your cart isn't available and even if you remove everything and clear your cache and reorder it will still give you the same error. I usually work 10+ hours a day and don't have time to wait 1 to 2 hours as a walk in because I wasnt able to pre-order due to site errors. I love coming here but today will be my last time due to this issue.
$50 ounce was pure garbage. Almost no effect and crumbles to a slight touch it's so dry. Manager just said their products are not guaranteed and offered me $5 off my next $50. Also armed guards check your IDs, I've never seen this before.
