Stopped in while on vacation, incredibly friendly staff and great product! Hats off to my bud tender for turning me onto the Jeeter infused line...took some looking but I was able to find a dispensary back in Michigan that carries them, I really appreciate the recommendation.

Unfortunately don’t remember her name, but I had such a good experience with a blonde woman working there today. Stay high, stay happy. Maybe that’ll ring a bell? Give this woman a raise! I won’t be going to h4l anymore just because customer service here. Okay, and the bud recommendations are usually better. Ty for the great experience, cheered me up on a long day (:
Excellent selection, staff are both professional and fun, always feel like they are on your side. Hard to get that quality of customer service anywhere these days.
Failing the the community! Inventory has really gone downhill. Quality of Flower has always been questionable. Constantly have promotions for products they know they don’t have in stock. Constant sales on products they know they don’t have in stock. They state that in the year 2023 they don’t have control over what products are promoted in each individual store and they obviously can’t get the products stocked in their store either. This has cost them a percentage of their customer base but that’s not anything they are concerned with …yet.
There is No customer or community appreciation!
