Absolutely flabbergasted by my service from one of the employees (short black haired girl) who didn’t sell me what I asked for and refused to fix my transaction because they’d already ran it through (I never left the store either by the time I’d brought up my issue).

It’s a shame I’m leaving this negative review because normally the cashiers are pretty chill but that experience just totally made me not want to go back entirely. What was supposed to be an eighth and 3 joints ($60) ended up being a gram with 3 joints instead ($30), so I took the leftover money the cashier could have rung up if they didn’t mess up my order and went to Stony Moose instead. As I tried getting my issue resolved the employee shoo’d me off to talk to some customer they knew outside of work (they referred to them by name and started small talk before even taking their ID) as I stood baffled by the cash register with such a simple problem left hanging.

Definitely the worst experience I had in any dispensary in town but at least the other cashiers I’ve had are pleasant.
They refused to sell to me because I "looked too young". I am 22 and I presented my ID and yet they still said I cannot buy anything and kicked me out of the store.
Great vibe, really helpful staff great selection to choose from and really good prices 👍🏽 👌
