Green Koi is such an amazing spot! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the selection is amazing. The owner Ethan is also such a nice guy. The entire experience is so well thought out. They have many types of product and the staff will walk you through everything to make sure you are walking away with something merging to make you feel *exactly* how you are wanting to feel. Highly recommend!
Everyone is friendly & helpful. The budtenders make sure to stay updated on the current sales & try to keep every customer happy & satisfied. They try to remember all the regulars & treat every single customer as a friend. My husband and I are in this place 2- 4 times a week. We love Green Koi.
This was my first time going to a dispensary and with my mother, it was very nice. I didn't know what to expect but the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I told them what I thought I was looking for and they gave me a few things I could try. They told me the different effects each would have and effect time. They helped my mom just as quick too. Would like to go again if I'm ever in the Saugatuck area.
