Most (not all) of the flower looks, tastes and smells the same. I believe their growing techniques have eliminated all aesthetics (smell and taste) of smoking. When the state goes recreational they will not survive a free market.

Numerous times now I’ve ordered online and then when I pick up the product the THC level is less than what I’ve ordered. Many times I would not order this product at the THC level they are giving me.

First time I brought it up to them I was made out to be a liar. The next time I brought it to their attention and took it back in the store. Took an hour to get one of the two jars refunded.

I asked Chelsea what was being done to be sure this doesn’t happen again. She gave no remedies. But she did assure me it wouldn’t happen again.

Actually stopped going to this location and started going to Rise Cannabis. Gave Green Goods Bloomington another chance today and 50% of my order was incorrect again.

Imagine going to your pharmacy and they give you whatever strength they decide without the courtesy to even tell you you’re not getting what you ordered.

Go to Rise Dispensary; better quality flower, better customer service, and you get the product you ordered.

This experience started with a unbelievably simple website that is very easy to navigate complete with photos, pricing, and sale items you shop the same way as you would with Amazon. you add things to your cart and when finished go to checkouts to submit your order you then schedule an appointment of your choice up to 3 days in advance after you submit your order with your scheduling choice they they will message back confirmation of order. When I arrived at my scheduled time it took me less than 10 minutes. the building is secure, people are friendly, and the products are of the highest quality and handled and packaged, no different than your local pharmacy. So be prepared for a exciting and unique experience. have fun!
In addition to quickly and easily getting my meds, they have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. From the moment you walk in you see smiling faces and help with any questions you have. The gentleman that is at the front desk usually is really great assisting in anything and the pharmacists and other staff know what they are talking about.
Located in strip mall with multiple restaurants nearby, theater and sports bar. Ample parking, including handicapped in front of business. Open variety of hours to accommodate most all schedules.
Inside, it’s a very organized dispensary, clearly not new to the process and staff are all professional. You do have to do an initial phone consult to get approval for particular products.
Once consult completed you are able to shop online and reserve what you want. You’re able to select day you wish to pick up, along with time. However, it’s a 15 minute appointment window. Maybe you’re all more organized than I am. I find it hard to guesstimate what I will be doing in 48-72 hours from now, especially down to a 15 window that far in advance…..it’s a bit challenging.
Once inside- you show ID and you’re in! They have everything already started/ ready for your pick up. I did notice shortly after starting, over 1 year ago many items were discontinued. I was doing micro-dosing. They stopped carrying the topical cream I faithfully used as well as the micro liquid without alcohol 🫤. The alcohol burns my mouth sores and makes my gastropareses worse.
Once you get through the screener, you wait in waiting area a very short time, maybe 3-5 minutes. You’re called up to the desk. You pay with cash or credit card. They have all the supplies in the bag you need. They will answer questions and take time to explain things. If it’s your first time, you will get even more valuable information.
They sell some branded swag wear, gummies and pipes too. They have multiple sales and their newsletter is quite informative for things going on in the future.

*recent medical triage appointment in Wisconsin exacerbated by no medical WI cannabis laws to protect me, I medicated about 1 full gram of Royal Cookies flower. 128/74 BP during any medical appointment, even my dentist visit is a remarkable response to anxiety for me, hell it would be a great number any day!

This place is my medical oasis in the med city, the inside is clean, neat almost clinically clean really. It is well laid out with a product specialist to help with everything you need. People? Well the long time employees & new faces alike Dr. Kingsley is surrounding himself with medical grade employees. They are all professionals, in my experiences of almost weekly visits since the pandemic.

I can qualify this claim further, there was an issue with getting my traditional Rx. It triggered some very difficult symptoms for me. One of the employees is a pharmacist and I was quickly introduced to red oral spray during a panic precursor event outside the building.

My symptoms are more manageable during; opioid epidemic in WI, World wide pandemic, most recently European War. I can now treat and counter balance with true medical grade flowers. Recently super stressors have me experiencing CG or candy glue. This strain is well balanced but very THC laden 26.5%.

Folks, you don't get that response and clinical pharmacy safety or service often from other dispensaries across the nation.

Okay, had to change my review once again. First off, I was the one that was late trying to get there and they have to close at a certain time. Today was a pivotal day for me in my opinion of my own behavior but also the behavior of employees at Green Goods. They went out of their way completely to help me today and I was able to get the things that I needed. They are all great folks and they're very accommodating. They care about their work and that makes them much more productive. Keep up the great work.
Everything is 2-3 times more expensive than anywhere else. they never offer any deals or sales, I always have to ask. And this time they sold me an expired Cart. The top layer is crust. I hate green goods.
Where do I get answers about these carts? Sometimes they’re full and sometimes they’re missing what’s equal to about 3-5 good puffs. When it’s these astronomical prices, I really would think vireo would make sure these carts are full to the top, at least most of the time. Staff is amazing, the ordering system is easy in my opinion. But these prices make it awful…The state legalizes something to “help” people but then my quality of life is going to cost me about $400 a month? Is it really to help people or is it a cash grab?
Terrible terrible customer service. Place an order looked online and it said it was ready for pickup but I'm on my way I got a phone call saying that they were out of a strain that I wanted. I was upset and use the swear word. Which I apologize for but they still canceled my entire order and told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I'm sorry I was upset because you guys said my order was ready and done and it wasn't. Why would an order say it was ready and done if you didn't even have one of the products in the order? It doesn't make any sense. Would not recommend going to this location
i had to rate for my first and second visit. was one f the quickest I've ever been to. and I been to alot dispensary being im from Pa. it's also great deals and most importantly great product with variety!
