I have been going to Curaleaf for a year and some change now. The staff is amazing. At least the old staff is. The new staff seems inexperienced and lacking knowledge of the product. They have also started making several changes to the studio while also planning on moving their entire operation to Manchester. Since the changes they have been out of many of their products. They have been completely out of concentrates for weeks now. As they are my closest and most reliable dispensary, this has been very disappointing. I hope they get their supply issue under control. That the transition to Manchester is smooth. And that they train their new staff to meet the high-quality I have come to expect and love from there old staff.
Friendly staff who were very helpful and insightful. Good size selection of products from vapes and plants to edibles. I give it a three star rating because they are highly overpriced. The highest prices I've ever seen. Maybe this is just Connecticut pricing in general. But really overpriced.

Just found the same strain I bought here cheaper at another dispensary. Not good. The people were nice so 2 stars instead of 1. I guess I’m “starting my journey” somewhere else.

When you use debit they are suppose to give you some change back. They never do. They always keep it. I never say anything. I been a loyal customer for years. One day, I was short $0.50 cents for a pre roll and was turned away. The person that always short change me was there and she didn't say a word. Oh and I always always tip well. Horrible manager with no compassion.

I placed an order online for pickup. Within 15 minutes I received a text that my order was ready. I head over to the store and greeted by 3 very friendly staff members who had my order ready to go. They allowed me to add a few more items to my order which they quickly gathered and had me out the store with a big smile after the quick transaction. They accept Canpay which makes purchasing so easy. In not a big fan of carrying cash. Thank you Curaleaf staff for the amazing assistance 💚
Went here for the first time today. They were very friendly and helpful. Since today there was already a sale on everything, they put a note in my file so that my first timer discount would be used on my next visit. They also gave me a free cartridge battery and a free pouch of gummies. The flavors I have tried so far are wonderful. I will definitely go back to this location.

The staff at this location is the most friendly and helping medical dispensary I have ever been to in the 5 years I have had my card, they are so professional and make me feel at home . I came into and just mentioned I had a stye on my left eye and before I finished telling them , their manger came running over with a curaleaf eye gel compress. Went to curaleaf on 103rd st. Placed my order and waited. During the time I waited, the waiting area cleared out multiple times. I still don't know why they didn't want my business but I went to liberty and got great service. If u get out of the ghetto you will get better service

This is the best dispensary I have ever been to. I even had a simple question and called them, and Karen the assistant manager was absolutely wonderful. She provided so much information that answered all my questions. She was extremely friendly and I will highly recommend this dispensary to anyone because of her and the friendly staff that works there.
You seriously cannot beat this place in terms of convenience and customer service. In comparison to their competitors in the area, this location takes the cake. I've never spent more than 20 minutes in here, even doing a walk in, even when its busy. They're fast and very polite. Some times the quality of the product is varied but obviously that's out of the location's personal control. They always fill online orders within 2 hours max. My only complaint would probably be that their parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, hopefully they eventually expand in the back!

I’m brand new to Medical Marijuana just got my card a few days ago. I decided on Curaleaf as the first dispensary and I was not disappointed. Curaleaf offers a 50% first time patient discount. This location is clean, everyone wore masks, the staff was nice and friendly. Arelis the General Manager helped me. She was great. I told her which strains I was interested based on my research, she showed me what they had to offer and she gave me some suggestions on other products to try. A1 customer service. I had quite a haul being that this was my first time in a dispensary with 50% off. I got a wide variety of medications.
They just don’t have the choices and the percentages that True leaf has! But it’s worth going there. They got good deals.

This place is trash. First they messed up my order and couldn’t refund me so they gave me a fake credit that come to fine out they don’t honor credits. Thieves. I also purchased a grinder as I left the store it’s a the wrong size grinder and they can’t exchange. Got to Liberty Health Science and Fluent. Better service, products and customer service.
This location is brand new and already runs very smoothly. I appreciate their selection, but mostly return for the specials they run on their higher quality flower as it is priced more competitively elsewhere. I have almost never had to wait here for longer than a few minutes. Definitely will be back.
Came in thinking I would be able to take a look at what they had, I know they're a dispensary but figured they might have other products available as I do not have my MMC yet and I wanted to see what they offer in store as online tends to be different in most cases. I have never been to a Curaleaf before so I figured I'd stop in since I had about 15 minutes to kill and they were close. Once I got inside The lady asks for my ID or my card. I told her I have my ID but not my card yet. The lady at the counter told me I had to leave and that I couldn't look at their products in the display cases. As I was leaving, she tells me to "do my research"??? This was totally uncalled for and extremely rude.
Best customer service hands down. Also the rewards program is the best out of any dispensary. They let you use your points even when it’s a huge sale going on.

I thought I was going to lose my mind after a small issue with my order. I had finally gotten my hands on some Trainwreck & was super excited until I got home & opened it, to only find 1g of flower. It was late on a Sunday so they were closed by the time I found out, so I couldn't go back. Called no answer. Emailed no response. Found out how to report the error, I also sent pics with the time stamp of the shortage. It took a few days but Madalyn reached out and took very good care of me. This is quickly becoming my go to store! Great staff that's led by great management. Special shout out to Madalyn for the exceptional service she provided & Mia for doing the same!

Used to be good but now you gotta double check everything because they will replace your flower with strains you didn't order. Happened to me twice now and when I called I was hung up on. I have a set income and when I order my meds, I want to get what I chose. I choose specifically. Fortunately they are one of many places to buy and I'll spend my money elsewhere.
I have been a medical marijuana patient for a few years now and usually shop at two other dispensaries. However I saw Curaleaf had a awesome deal on Wax and that is my favorite concentrate. So I decided to give them a try. The shopping experience was awesome. The staff were polite and speedy and the deal they were running was great savings. However when I got home and opened the product I was shocked. It looked like a cross between shatter and crumble, not even close to Wax. It is dry and hard. Some of it is in crumbles and some flat, but multiple little pieces. It's not like any Wax I have ever seen. I tried it anyway and am very disappointed. The product is not what they said it was and I won't go back ☹️

They always have a good selection of products when I rely on their dispensary for my meds.

When I pulled into the parking lot, there were 3 varied police vehicles parked together at the back of the lot. I ignored them other than to wonder if they were there to intimidate customers.

Soon thereafter, a van pulled up, and the driver stepped out carrying a manifest. When an employee rolled a cart out and began receiving boxes, I realized why the cops were there--protection! Protecting the legal business from being robbed during their delivery. Kudos to the Bradenton PD for assisting the community's legitimate business interests and keeping our medicine and the patrons safe.

And everything was half price!
Their drive-through window is set up nicely, being an old bank building. You can call ahead and your order will be ready for payment and pickup when you arrive. Nicely done!
When I first got my card, no one told me how the state had it set up or how much I was allowed to get or how the rolling 35 days work and the staff here was so helpful and explained everything to me. It’s the people, it’s the environment. I come here all the time and I’m just always grateful for everyone who’s been there for me. The woman who helped me get out quick because there was a dog and I’ve been attacked before. The woman who held me the day after my best friend died. The people who have talked to me about pins and lanyards, movies and tv shows, glasses, kids and pets. They’ve introduced me to new products and fun things and they always try to get me the best deal within their power. I appreciate everyone here for who they are and what they do for me. Maybe the store itself could have better flower but that’s not on the employees and they’ve definitely got some of the better concentrates and carts which they always give me the best recommendations on! It’s give and take wherever you go but it’s because of the people here that I’ll always come back. Thank you guys!
They updated their website now I lost most of the options to filter my searches making the website less convenient and little more difficult to find my product. The selection of products and the consistency of said product has gone down hill also. Most people want consistency and quality and both have gone down hill recently. I would no longer recommend cura leaf unfortunately. I will be on the lookout for a new dispensary.

This place is very clean and new. The parking was a little confusing but I think that's my GPS's fault. As soon as we walked in, we had a friendly man that helped enter our info for the first time. As we sat and waited, there was coffee, water, and candy free for guests to enjoy.
Great little spot for all dispensary needs. Dadeland South Station is right there so you dont have to deal with the lack of parking and small roads. Nice little fountain in front, but alot of dogwalkers in area and they dont clean up.

I love this place. They are the Apple Store of dispensaries. They are clean always have everything ready abs are very quick. They’re prices are better than other places and if you wait til they have a sale you call really save a lot.
Be careful coming here . The girls that work there will steal from you. They will over charge you on every transaction and even make other transactions of similar amounts on your bank account after you’re gone. Even when you use can pay they will sneak in an extra $5-10 on top .

I go to different dispensaries all across state all the time, my job has me travel up and down the state every week. This truly has to be one of the best dispensaries I have ever gone to the staff is so helpful and just full of knowledge. The product is always on point and the familial energy I receive when I go just makes me know that I made right choice in going to this spot. So many other places are just trying to upsell me, here however they are in it to assist me on a human level. Lisa is always there it seems and just so kind and understanding of my needs and overall just so considerate.
Something sketchy going on there with the staff at checkout. Without asking me, they rang me up for more than my total and said they’d give me the difference back in cash. I think it’s in order to get more tips? Problem is I then got charged a $3.50 fee. My total cost was $23.40. They said they would ring it up as $30 and give me the $6.60 difference back in cash. Which they did. Thought it was weird but they just sorta did it real fast. Get home a realize they charged me $33.50 all together. All of which, worth noting again, I didn’t ask for.

This location is so small. They usually only have two workers working there. They aren’t open on Sundays, apparently due to no business on that particular day. What I don’t understand, is how every single time I go in there, there is a huge line. No matter what day, no matter what time. Also, since there’s only two workers there at all times, they both take people who haven’t ordered online. They make the people who ordered online, wait until they’re done with the customer who doesn’t know what they want. So, I always wait about half an hour to try to get my products, even though I always order online, in order for me to just pick it up and go. I think there needs to be more than two workers, and if there are only two workers, one of them take online orders, and the other deal with the people who have not ordered online for a much smoother process. Otherwise, the staff is actually great, I always have a good experience with them, so it’s definitely not their fault. Curaleaf get it together with a Clearwater location and hire more people to put on the schedule.
Curaleaf has been on a bit of a roller-coaster ride when it comes to their flower. It used to be good, then it wasn't. It has gotten better as far as the THC levels. However, that is not the only thing that matters with flower. I ordered 6 units of flower recently. The flower I got was mostly their t3 or high-quality buds. Honestly, you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between a t3, 2, or 1. So e of the t3 I opened were all small buds. One was one good bud, the rest all small. My point is that I wouldn't bother paying the premium price for the t3. All the flower I got was either dry out of the container or dried up in a day or two after being opened. All the Curaleaf branded vapes and concentrates seem to taste the same to me. Select brand vapes taste great. Usually, the delivery service is good, but the customer service has a lot of room for improvement.
Always nice and knowledgeable staff, great sales, all the time, they're rso is pretty good as well, I recommend. Just dnt go within 10-15 mins before closing, I've pulled up and they were closed at 8:20, was supposed to be open till 8:30pm, I mean I get it, and I usually dnt go close to closing, I was working and got there 10mins to closing..That's the only part I dislike, but we shouldn't really be going there right before closing, I knw they want to get home too..

Fabulous deals/specials! Got 1/2 oz ground flower, 24%THC, for only $40. They allow 20% discount for seniors and/ or EBT hardship even on sale items. Unheard of at most Lakeland area dispensaries. Product is consistently good, prices are great for us low income seniors. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Waited less than 5 minutes for my order after placing it inside store. Also unheard of anywhere else I've been. WELL WORTH IT!!
The people that work here are lazy and rude to their customers they do not help you at the counter they make you fill out your cart as if you were doing an online order and will not help even if you have anxiety. They told me to get out when I was mad about it that no one would help me and they took other people ahead of me as well. This place has very low THC percentages on their bud and it's not worth it whatsoever. I'm a local and I will never go back here after the way I was treated. I hope the place goes out of business and it's soon will be because they may have two workers at a time because their product is so low-grade and their workers are low grade too. Go somewhere else you have been warned.
Came today to get some flower and Garrett helped guide me and pick out exactly what I was looking for! Great customer service and great products will definitely be back!
The staff are SUPER FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & EFFICIENT every time, and for everyone! They make you feel like you matter as a customer.

The one downside is that they get charged for customers using debit/credit which gets passed on to the consumer. It's a PRESCRIPTION TALLAHASSEE! Make insurance cover it!

They will definitely have the best prices around, so I still recommend them, but lately theyve been inconsistent.
This is the third time I’ve visited since being back in MA and I got different info every time. First time I asked if LR carts were included in a sale and I was told “its anything”. Second time i returned they told me they are not included but to “come back tomorrow” for a sale that includes them. When i return the third time on that day I’m told they are not included. I understand things happen and sales do change so I’m not saying its all their fault, but I shouldn’t have to call ahead just to verify information I was given *by you* is actually correct for today.

I saw the worker there who told me the incorrect information yesterday, but didn’t feel comfortable putting them on blast on the spot like that.

Employees need to be given information in a better way.

No brainer. Hands down. The best prices around. Excellent selection. Very knowledgeable staff. Awesome deals and specials but you have to go there to see the what specials they have running. It's worth the trip.
A quick and easy transaction whether you pre-ordered from the App or just going in to purchase products. You are ring inside the door to show your license and then proceed through another door to a wait in line area. It's a large room and the atmosphere is inviting with a chair lounge section in the middle of the room. There are a few small counter credenzas with product to view to purchase. You are then called upon by the employee to make your purchase. They are friendly and quick to get your product inside a bag to cash out with stapled receipt on bag. A very nice store to visit in an accessible parking lot area to park. And there is a Dominos Pizza and The Asian Garden in the same complex to pick up your munchies as you head home or to a party destination. 🚬 🍕 🍡
The man that assisted me was very helpful and patient. I don't know much about the products they sell and had many questions. He took the time to explain things to me and helped me pick a product that fit my needs.

I can't say enough good things about Curaleaf and this location specifically. They have an amazing selection, great prices, and awesome sales. However those things pale in comparison to their service. Trevor, the manager, absolutely went above and beyond in helping me get medicine for my wife. I'm extremely grateful to him and his staff. Got there 10 minutes before they closed, and there was nobody in the waiting room. They refused to let me in. I had my order ready and would’ve been in and out in a flash. I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes here when it isn’t busy. When it is, that’s another story. Overall, my experiences at the other dispensaries have been much better. The staff that handles taking orders is always friendly but the people in the front sign in area are rude, and condescending

I really like the staff here, I've gotten good advice about products. Prices are very competitive, wait times vary, and product varieties are fair/good. Some trips 10 min.. other times longer, like most places, but lately, unless you hit a rush, the wait is fairly good.
i always have a good experience here and always get good deals! they always make it easy for me with online ordering! the wait can be long sometimes but i always plan ahead in case there is a wait - almost every dispensery has a wait anyway. everyone is always super friendly and helpful when i come in! definitely recommend but make sure you set the time aside for the trip!
This place is amazing! Getting into the dispensary was not as complicated a process for the first time as others. My bud tender was very attentive to my needs and what certain cannabis products would be good for my conditions. Well worth the half and hour drive and I would totally drive that far again! They have a wide variety of product as well, which is another thing I loved.
I visited the Curaleaf in Lehi today for the first time. And I was very impressed by how the medical cannabis store was ran it was a easy process to get what I wanted and all the people were very helpful and made it worth the 25 minute drive. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff.
Great store with excellent customer service. Every employee is not only knowledgeable on the medicine but also brings a smile and laughs to the atmosphere which makes you feel at ease. Jonah is one of the standouts among the group, always smiling, ready to answer any questions you may have and overall brings such great energy to the environment.

great service, great sales, a few good staff who are kind to my 2 year old who can be noisy and impatient. they give him stickers and make sure to address him and talk to him so he doesnt feel ignored, get bored, and act out.
Curaleaf has always been my go to dispensary since obtaining my medical card, but the state collage location have done and especially amazing job since there opening, the hospitality, general good vibes, professionalism, and knowledge that the bud tenders have is unmatched compared to any dispensary I have been too. I would like to especially shout out Noah the bud tender, anything he’s ever recommended me I loved. he’s been so helpful in furthering my cannabis education and helping me learn what I do and do not like, keep up the good work Noah!
They always have some kind of a deal or sale going on. Everything is pretty convenient, wish there was a better way of checking points though. However their staff is pretty awesome, there are 5 faces that come to mind instantly. Sadly I can't remember all of their names, but their vibe is very radiant in a mellow way; Mike, one other guy who's typically outside, 2 girls who are typically running registers or curbside, and one older woman who is typically at register or check in.
Absolutely love this place. The staff are always so wonderful and Michelle who works curbside really deserves some type of recognition because she does one heckuva job and very sweet and friendly. I choose to come to this one because of the service specifically.

I feel Curaleaf is one of the best places in Erie to get what you want for an affordable price. The point system is awesome, and every single of of the employees are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and not just like another customer. It’s always a joy to walk in there and just feel at home with them.
I've been to other stores but once I came to this store in Erie PA I stopped going other places.

The peach street location always makes me feel at home and they have a very friendly and helpful staff.

Curaleaf in Gettysburg is hands down the best dispensary I’ve been to in PA. Today, Lana was very very helpful. She greets patients with a smile and a kindness that precedes her. She was able to answer several of my questions today, pertaining to the medicine I was seeking. She was very confident in her knowledge and she presented that knowledge, flawlessly. It’s experiences like this, that keeps me coming back. They also have the best rewards point system. They’re a tiers, based on overall visits. I am in the VIP tier and receive $1 in points for every $12 spent. It’s adds up quickly and you can use any amount of points you’d like.
The prices are always reasonable and the employees are great and very knowledgeable. The store manager Ashley is outstanding!! She makes sure everyone is taken care of and helps find products that will help with different types of pain..

Prices are always increasing as quality has gone way down. The carts burn out very fast, the flower is either dry as dust or has little to no effect. Brookville has mostly great staff, however there are a couple that have made my experience there beyond uncomfortable. I have been going to a different location since an have had no issues other than bad overpriced products. Avoid Brookville and Curaleaf is much better. I've also gotten pulled over by police 3 times after leaving Brookville Curaleaf(they just harassed me and left me go after 20 or so mins) this also hasn't happened since I quit buying from Brookville Curaleaf.

Prices are reasonable. My relative (we are caregivers) says the product is good. However, everything else is horrible. Patient is homebound so orders are done online. They have screwed up both orders. First order, we had a $47 bill, went in they wanted $145. They had wrong person because first name was the same. Cancelled the order. We had to pick and purchase at the dispensary. Second, order we show up and call curbside. No answer so we go in. Told never have been there, curbside is closed, and we are not associated with a patient. You cannot get a caregiver card without being associated with someone with a medical condition. Got a message on our driveway when we got home that our pickup request (7:44 pm) was declined after getting message that it was ready (6:31). Going to Rise.
