I went inside to pick up a bottle of CBD tincture and walked out with two bottles and 3.5 grams of CBD hemp flowers because the prices were so reasonable and I was impressed with the selection of products that they had and I wanted to try as many as I could. The lady that helped us (unfortunately I did not get her name) was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right products for me. She was very nice and gave us great customer service. I was impressed when I got home and tried the products that I bought. She definitely helped me pick out the right products that helped with my inflammation and anxiety. I will definitely be back to buy more of the CBD flower and tinctures and I can't wait to try more of their other products. I also loved the informational posters that help you decide what type of cannabis products are right for you and that they publicly display the third party lab test results of their products. I love this place!
I came in with a few questions regarding cbd and anxiety and Dantes was very knowledgeable and helped me find some that would ease me! Definitely am returning to this spot!
I stopped by last night & when I walked in to the store there was nobody in sight. The employee walked in through front door 2 minutes later, didn’t greet me or ask what I was looking for. Infact I had to greet HIM.I asked to see what disposables they had he showed me 2 or 3 none of which he knew the price for. I asked if those were the only they had in stock and he responded with an attitude “No i just showed you the ones over there”. I walked right out,I’ve never experience terrible customer service at a smoke shop before. Funny enough after I left he walked out of the shop and back into his car.
I have found my people. What a wealth of knowledge! Nathan and London educated me on different properties of different products, patiently answered all my questions and I felt confident with my purchases. I am extremely happy and cannot wait to try everything. Whole-body wellness with an additional recreational kick, if desired...what's not to LOVE? Thanks, Nathan and London! See you soon! UPDATE 3/4/23: Returned to purchase additional full-spectrum CBD tincture (the sample I received at my previous visit convinced me) and Thomas (patiently!) assisted and informed me, helping me make the best decision for my personal well-being.
