First time at this location and there were very accommodating.

You have to sign in at the front desk and show them your ID and then wait your turn to be brought back. The waiting area is very nice and they have bathrooms just around the corner if needed.

There's a kiosk in the lobby that you can peruse through to get an idea of what they have to offer.

When you're called back, they ask you what you're looking for and offer you suggestions based on their expertise.
I just wish the service was better. There's so much that could be improved with just a little dedication. As a first time customer I don't think I'll be coming back. Not saying all the associates are the problem, but good luck to ya if you get the ones who would rather play with a tinfoil ball rather than help a customer.
Awesome one on one service. Our lady was very knowledgeable and took her time to assist us. I cannot think of her name but was at register 3. I would recommend her assistance to everyone.
I honestly have to say the cleanest, very respectful staff, great flower choices, an the young lady who helped me an my brother was very knowledgeable on all ur products.. She was great an worked with us while we shopped. Great location across from the Casino. I will FOR SURE be returning. An the RS11 strain I bought scale on top 10 strains). Wow such great smell an taste
