We finally found the right CBD product for our senior dog. Alpaca Club is one of the few places in the area that carry it. It was super easy to order. Delivery was very quick. They keep you notified of when the driver will arrive. Every driver we've had was super nice. Our last order got a little mixed up because the packaging changed so the dosage wasn't marked in the same way as it was previously. I didn't notice until the driver left, but called and they quickly made it right. Great service for the Sacramento area.
Excellent customer service when theres an issue! My only complaint would be that their communication with a substitution needs improvement. I had an unexpected substitution and when I tried contacting them after realizing the contents of my bag, they replied about a half hour later and fixed it by sending someone out to exchange it for a substitution I preferred. More than I expected since I thought they were closed for the night at that point.
Very Rude/ Clueless call workers. The man was unaware of how he could help me, then transferred me to a woman who was already riddled with preconceived issues before I even got on the phone. She constantly cut me off side over me while I was talking and finish sentences and questions before I could even get them out this fire fighting through all of that for my order by the end of the order I was ready to finish it, and she had claimed that she was all out of the product. I want it, then hung up in my face never ordering here again.

And also I don’t have the greatest history with this delivery club, regardless saying that every single one of their deliveries are delivered to my home 2 to 3 hours after I make the phone call.
Great delivery times. Very little communication about order though. Prices are okay not the
best around though
