DON'T, I repeat DON'T go to this dispensary! It's so much more worth your time driving out of town for your goods. You will find nicer employees, better deals, way way way less of a wait time and zero problems. Casa Grande needs a new and better dispensary!!! Would give this dispensary of 0 if I could because it is Hands down worst dispensary of Arizona. I'm not talking about harvest itself just this location specifically!! Half the time I go there there's always some sort of problem with their online ordering where I have to go out of town instead of this only in town dispensary!! One of the ladies that answered the phone when I called a while back was the worst customer service I've had at a dispensary she was very rude with her tone and very condescending with the thing she said to me cause I was upset. I'm appalled you guys ever allowed anyone that rude to answer the phones. I worked customer service for years and I have never spoke to a customer that way!!! Been going to this dispensaries sporadically for three years and it's just gotten worse over the years. I used to think this was a good dispensary. After you guys took away the point system you had recently, I literally I have not gone back and won't be!! That was the only good thing left in your dispensary and you just took it away. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection to choose from but a bit pricey on some things. They stay busy and it gets cramped in the waiting room pretty quick.
A nice experience. Even though they were busy, patients and customers were served quickly and efficiently, in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It was my first time there as a recreational customer, and I will definitely return. BTW, their specials were great!
If recreational patients aren’t allowed to buy certain products, don’t put them on the recreational menu. If a recreational patient orders products they aren’t allowed to have online because your website isn’t set up properly, don’t notify them that their order is complete and ready for pick up. Y’all cancel an order instead of make a replacement if you’re out of a strain, but you will replace two 1000 mg candy bars with one 100 mg candy bar and call the order complete? Drove 45 minutes for edibles for surgery, left with none. Employees are always wonderful though.

What Harvest’s response should have been: Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will update our website so it doesn’t allow products to be ordered that aren’t for sale. -1

Orders through Leafly for Harvest HOC get Confirmed but never become Ready, then are cancelled the next day. Use the actual Harvest HOC website instead.

Store is very small. Computers went down, contributing to a stressful experience.
