I love the system they have, teleconferencing, it saves us all so much time and gas! The staff has been great, easy to talk to, great advice, and patient with me!
I went to Bloom on a previous visit and the lady behind the counter started telling me she was a nurse and that the right dosage of marijuana could cure my diabetes. I explained that I get my prescription from a doctor, that I did not believe it as true. She gave me a look and went about her business that day.
I returned about 2 weeks ago and she was working the counter again. She asked if she could help me and I told her I would wait. She asked why and I explained the reasons. She left, 2 guys come out saying I disrespected her and asked me to leave. When I tried to explain they told me they didn't even care. I had even told the lady that I had time to watch the tapes but another member said they had no audio. She flat out denied everything. I wouldn't had even known she was a nurse hadn't this happened. She told me she was. I am the one that was disrespected and denied my prescription.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely was able to help me find the perfect treatment for my health concerns. Would Definitely recommend!
Great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. was so very nice and helpful. Thankful for their staff behind the scenes also; the ones who answer the phone and try to help in any way they can. I had a small hiccup and the gentleman I spoke with got things taken care of within a couple of hours and called to follow up immediately.
