I have been to this location at least a half dozen times. Great experiences each time. However, just walked out after standing there for 8 minutes with one other undecided, browsing customer. Although I knew precisely what I wanted, the store clerk never even once bothered to acknowledge my presence. Not even an, "I'll be right with you. I may not have been as annoyed if she were constantly engaged with the other customer. But half the time, she was simply standing behind the counter vaping. I walked out and she never even objected. This is not a busy location, but I guess it can afford to turn off and turn away a paying customer. Drove to the next one on Market Street explaining to my son the importance of spending your money where you are valued as a customer. Hope the Market Street location is under different management. I think I will look for a smaller, non-chain supplier.
This place is just amazing! The people who work here are the sweetest and are very helpful and just overall fun to talk to. Shoutout to Hunter, Danny, and crystal who not only do their jobs super well but are literally some of the kindest people I have ever met. The vibes in the kava bar are so chill and I have never had a bad experience. I recommend this to anyone that just wants to relax and have a drink!
The Kava bar is great, the mushroom gummies are awesome. Great products, Ashley is a wonderful person. Will recommend to everyone.
This Store is Great!!! Amazing selection of products to relax you… but also they have super strong topicals for arthritis, muscle pain, nerve pain and headaches…. They have this new CoolHead CBD at the register for my Headaches… Recommend!!!
