I asked if they had grams for $50. They had only one flavor and it was $60. Then they add tax, like every place. Brought it to $70. Then $3.50 ATM fee. THEN, they round up to the nearest $5. Ended up being $78. No thanks. Walked down to The Healing Center down the street and got a full gram for $44. They had 5 flavors in one gram units. Tax brought it to $53. Saved a ton of money not buying at Ethos. I feel like they price gouge.
I really liked them. They have a good variety of everything lol. I liked the vapor cartridges.
When I got my medical card I had to stop going there, bc they don't take medical cards.
Placed online order on a sale day first thing in the morning. Received 2 text and was supposed to receive a 3rd when my order was ready for pick up. Fast forward over a week after trying to be patient. I didn't hear from them, so I went in. The guy at the front told me he can't help me and or honor the sale price I place the order for. The Place is a joke, long lines. Min. Product. No way to contact. Will be taking my business elsewhere..
Absolutely amazing customer service. Although there was a long wait they were fairly efficient in keeping the line moving. The ladies at the front desk were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. First time going here and the process was so simple and relatively fast given how busy they were. Definitely going to continue coming. I appreciate the non-judgmental attitude of the staff. It's very much appreciated for someone fairly new and somewhat intimidated by the whole process.
Just start of saying I don’t smoke, but wife does for knees pain. I prefer that over her taking pills. Ok review time. Place is on point with security, price I’d give 4 out of 5, but again not one who bought before just based off conversation i have heard. I will say she has never been disappointed with the quality of the marijuana from Ethos. She got her medical card about a year ago and goes about every 5-6 weeks.
I recently had Top Surgery and prior to it, I mentioned to Melissa I was about to have it and she gave me a lot of information to accommodate me being less mobile. She gave me info on how to do curbside and envelopes to prepare me, which was absolutely attentive and sweet. A day after my surgery, I tried to call the service center to let them know I was waiting for my order. They almost didn’t let me do curbside and I explained I was sliced in to. They “made an exception” and said they told the store, but I was still waiting over an hour later. It was cold and I didn’t want to wait outside with all my surgical stuff. I stopped one of the consultants, Stephanie (hopefully spelled correctly) and immediately she was assisting me. Had stacks of PT cards but grabbed mine. She said, “it might still be a bit because of the line.” And instead it was less than a few minutes and they got me my stuff. Stephanie even took the time to go through my order, payment, added another number I could call for curbside, and remembered my name prior to me handing her my cards. I don’t know what happened with the call center, but these two people definitely highlight my experience every time I walk in the door. If there’s anything you can do to recognize them better than I, it should be done.
