Chris is an amazing help as are all the other staff that work there. The waiting room is nice and clean and they have an atm on the sales floor if needed. The goldmine brand they carry is an amazing budget brand, especially the prepackaged joints. They always have a sale of some sort going to help you get what your looking for at a great price.
This location was amazing. The facility is huge and they have a WIDE variety of products! Tyree waited on me and he was so awesome, made sure I knew the latest deals before making my purchase, and hooked me up with some free goodies. Poor Experience overall Today and the pass few visits. Usually love coming here. It’s convinced and mostly cool people. Today however was not that. When I went to pick up my order I asked if I can make sure everything was correct before I leave due to having bad experiences. The young lady started off nice saying sure. However some guy who packaged my items made it a point to say something to me. Didn’t think anything of it, again not checking before hand has resulted in more issues. To their surprise an item was wrong and had to be replaced. Next issue Point system always being down.. spent 240.00 normal amount damn near every order or more. So I know I have a enough points to at least get $30 off or more.. However unable to due to system being down AGAIN! every time whether it’s during holidays, non essentials days
Mon-Thurs, early when they first open, in the mid day, or evening it’s always down or experiencing some error… AND not having a backup solution makes the experience even worse. No I don’t want a $8 pre-roll I want my points taken off my order as I have already earned them!

So i had come in yesterday with a family member. I let her go first picking out what she wanted. The woman who was taking care of us, gave off a vibe like she didn't want to be doing so in the first place. So i didn't get anything, as it felt like it would be bothersome fo her.
Other than that, the store was clean, the front desk person was super nice and the product selection was nice. Unfortunately, i wasnt able to purchase. Maybe ill try a different location next time.
My job moved across the street so I've been shopping all weekend with you guys.
