Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They didn't have the Airo pods battery stick, which was our main search. The guys there took the time to look into it and find a place that most likely had what we wanted. And they led us right. They definitely took the time to help us find what we wanted and gave great recommendations on new things to try. Definitely returning!
I don’t know the man’s name that helped me out but you are awesome and thank you for the free lighter!!!! Highly recommend coming to this dispensary. Always a smooth experience when coming here. Check in is fast and easy. Cody was awesome today at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Super friendly and great customer service. Place is always clean and well organized too. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their business. The daily deals they have are awesome and help me save a ton of money too lol Exactly what makes heads my favorite place to pick up everything I need.

Loved my first shopping experience at exclusive! First impression walking in, super beautiful and well designed. Loved how the flower was displayed. Exactly the experience I’ve been looking for! I can't say enough about Exclusive. They have great deals, and all of the staff is kind and very knowledgeable about the product in the store. Today Chris assisted me and my Husband. He was just terrific when I asked for a suggestion he did not try to up sale. He was sincere with his answers and really enjoyed telling us about it. I will go back just to see him. Awesome job by the whole team.
Austin was awesomely patient with me, I am new to the scene. He took a lot of time with me to explain how things like vapes, cartridges, & batteries work. I love that they offer an incentive for purchases!

I also have to send a shout out to the red bearded man in the lobby! He is such an asset to your business! Give him a raise! He very (very!) patiently explained the process and made me feel extremely welcome and very much at ease with a process that had me nervous. My birthday was a couple days before I was there- and this very nice bearded man explained very nicely explained that it had expired. He also told me that I could run to get my license renewed and come back, saving my day! I always think I have to go to the BMV in my town. But it was because of him that I was able to make my purchases - he could have easily just said “sorry, license expired” but he encouraged me to come back, so I did. I had many to choose from but it was because of him that I returned. I am so glad I did! I wish I would have gotten his name, sorry! Super sweet guy!
Exclusive is always so clean and they make it the most stress free experience. We’ve gone in before and always had amazing service, but this time we used curbside and were happy to see the same amazing service. It’s 90 degrees and Jared ran our order out with a smile AND even ran back in to grab a treat when he saw we had a dog! I’m always blown away by the service when I come here and this experience just solidified why Exclusive is my favorite dispensary to go to.
