Save your time and money! I stopped by this location on Tuesday afternoon 5/9, and have never been so disappointed by the customer service. There were two employees working, one on their phone, and the other who was supposed to be helping me. He was rude, barely spoke to me, and didn’t answer my question when I asked if there were any deals or discounts going on. I’ve worked in customer service the majority of my working life, and have visited EVERY SINGLE DISPENSARY in Santa Fe, and this was by far the worst visit to any dispensary I’ve experienced. It’s no wonder the parking lot was empty and there was not a single other customer in there.Train your employees!!! Great employees and great teams start with management!!! Do better…
Had amazing customer service from Lenna, she was patient with all my questions, and super friendly. Definitely my favorite dispensary in Santa Fe.
As a cannabis lover I was highly disappointed in everything about this location. The 1st issue is the environment you feel like you are absolutely bugging the employee when you have questions. The interaction is very minimal and majority time they are just waiting at cash register while you browse. They don't offer any suggestions and their THC level are very low especially compare to other local dispensary such as dreamz and fresh buds. Please just make it friendlier and more welcoming.
Just drive to pagosa. It's worth not having to receive so many explanations on why price is so expensive. They also don't have set prices for people that like to buy by the ounce or even more then a gram. Bud i got wasn't bad but price is not worth it. I will change my review if they change how pricing works as you buy more weight.
Stopped in about a week ago and still feel pretty disappointed with the experience. As we were heading into the shop, the budtender we were behind let the door shut in our face. Okay...so we go in and could tell off the bat, guy was not pleased about being at work. He had the attitude and wherewithal of a jaded liquor store clerk. Seemed annoyed to have to answer questions about the products. For the price of their pre rolled joints, I was expecting them to be full flower (after all, the sticker on the joint case for the store says "Premium Cannabis") but we were told they were not full flower but shake. Bought a couple on sale and some edibles.

Tried our purchases later and were bummed about the tasteless joints. Some of the edibles were good, like the taffy. The honey tasted like syrup with a medicinal after taste--not good. I guess I'm spoiled by the high quality cannabis and solid customer service in Colorado. People from New Mexico seem to like it, too, as I see their license plates at all the shops in southern Colorado. If you want an example of the good stuff, drive a little further to 7884 Dispensary in Taos. They have a shop in the San Luis Valley and they have great staff and solid cannabis products. So it's nice to see them open up in Taos.

The only good thing about this location was it was clean with a nice set up.
This was my second time at this location, and it will not be my last. Dispensaries are popping up on every corner in Taos and Espanola, and most of them are garbage in my opinion - bad product, junky stores, poor service. I have been looking for a quality place with good people, great selection, and exceptional product. This is that place.
I suffer from PTSD and extreme social anxiety and need good product to function in the world. What I have purchased from here has been of the utmost top quality. And the knowledgeable staff helped guide me to items that help calm me and bring me peace. I cannot say enough good things about this store. And, I see they are opening a new one Espanola, which is in dire need of a good Dispensary. A win for everyone.
