I'm not sure why this place isn't busy! The people are so nice. The products are priced well with additional amazing sales! And it's actually really easy to get to with parking on the street right outside of the front door. I bought luster pods for literally half the price i have been paying for them.

They're always closed. They open at eleven, I work at ten. They close at seven, I get off work at eight. I'm off Sunday and Monday and they're closed on Sunday and Monday. Would love to spend my money here, totally convenient but they're never open.i wish that hellfire would consider ten am. I have to not earn my weed $ to spend my gas money to take the day off or cut work two hours to do business. If they were open at ten am this wouldn't be a problem as I can walk there in twenty minutes.
Customer service should always come first. After two times of waiting for 30min I will no longer patronize this store they usually only have one person working at a time.

loyalty points suck spent $500 and still haven't received a discount.

I shouldn't have to wait for the security dude to laminate somebody's ID before they go back shouldn't you take care of that after they're finished so you can get your customers in and out after waiting 40mins I had to leave to go get my kids from school with out get my medicine .
I LOVE THIS PLACE! This was a great experience at a pharmacy/dispensary! They take the time to ask what you are treating and then explain what they have that would help with those conditions. They do an amazing job at making sure that you get the best price and product before you leave! You can tell that they actually care about their patients and the products in the store. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a visit!
First time customer, great experience! New customers get 20% off. They also informed me that online orders get 20% off on Saturdays, so cool. This was my first time visiting The Landing and my first purchase in WV. The dispensary was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations and made sure I was educated on how to use the products without me having to ask any questions. I was given an info packet to take home with info about their products and their loyalty program. You can sign up for that and you earn 1 point per dollar spent which can be used to redeem discounts.
They really go above and beyond to ensure the best experience. I tried the RSO and so far it has been great. I would encourage people to go here for their cannabis needs. I thought I read online that they only accepted card but to my surprise I needed to pay in cash, however they do have their own secure ATM that only charges a $2.50 fee plus whatever your bank fee is so I was able to use that. Keep that in mind when coming here: have cash ready. The ATM will also allow you to pull from your credit or debit line which I thought was nice. Currently as I write this review only medical use is legal in WV so rec will not be able to purchase in this state. WV does not have as many options as other states on what you can purchase so the dispensaries are limited and with that in mind there is not much variety for what you can get in RSO here, with them carrying only one product, but maybe in the future if cannabis expands in WV then we may see more product variety as laws progress.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and professionalism. Their online ordering system is user friendly and you receive prompt text notifications of the status of your order. I'm also pleased with my purchase and the discount I was eligible to receive after showing proof of veteran's status.
This place has good discounts. However they don't have anything strong in capsule or tincture form. They keep sending me an annoying email saying they have high potency tinctures. This is misleading and false. 15 mg per dose is not high potency and not worth the price. Lol
