So glad they have a location in Norman. Just like the other locations the customer service at this particular location is A1. Bailey was super cool and knowledgeable about the products. She was also very patient with me while I shopped around and even informed me about some new products to try on my next purchase.

Overall this is a hip lil dipensary. The decor is simple but cute; I just love the whole set up. The environment is very professional and they have a variety of flower, edibles and accessories at reasonable prices.
Bell was really helpful and easy to talk with! She was very knowledgeable with the products. Love this place definitely coming back. 😁🥰
Johnny is by far the most knowledgeable budtender I've ever dealt with. Any question you ask him? He immediately had an answer for that was both knowledgeable and confident. While they're one of his co-workers asked him a price on a random product and he spit it out like it was his phone number.
Matthew was a great help! Best bud tender ever!!!! Came in with zero knowledge of what I wanted and he helped me get a great deal on a little bit of everything and even explained things that I had no clue about which was super helpful. He gave me tips and advice on brands and walked me through the selection process amazingly! Will be coming back; best customer service I’ve ever had! Thank you Matthew!
Josh was amazing! It was my first time in Mango Cannabis. He showed me products I normally get, he also showed me new products that I didn’t know about, took the time to explain them and answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and it felt very genuine. Ethan helped get my morning to a great start! He took me around the store and showed me different products I haven’t seen before or heard of! I really loved how knowledgeable and friendly he was. I left the store with a big smile on my face from the amazing service I was provided with! Even the security is kind!
It was my first time with limited knowledge, and Mackenzie provided me with options for what I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff is fantastic from the minute you arrive to checkout! I’ll most definitely be coming back!

The establishment was well designed and stocked. It was easy to see the products and enough space to get around other patients. Jeffrey was a real ⭐. He's well educated in the products he sells and how they may suite you best. He made my experience feel individualized and not commercialized. Thank you so much. I don’t see why you wouldn’t give these people 5-stars. Truly. I have always had smiles, helpful tips, and friendly people every single time we go in. Even the boss man in the vest and loaded up is a nice dude. Aaliyah has made coming here an absolute joy and they are all always so understanding and welcoming.
