GWM has been my go to spot around the Key Peninsula for months. Some really great quality products, average prices, but hit or miss customer service. There's one guy, Dom, maybe, who is the reason I come back again and again - great recommendations and really pleasant to chat with. There are a few other employees who are much less fun to have to deal with. I'm usually quite happy with my purchases, but this past trip I went in specifically for the rootworx Harlequin strain that they reported at 15% CBD on their menu - not only was it only 11% CBD but it appears I was given some old stock, harvested last November. It has a rotten smell and I'm disappointed in the bait & switch :/
