Johnny is a fantastic budtender at Mango, and no matter what questions you ask him, he'll answer them with confidence and knowledge. Co-workers also rely on him for information too; he can tell them prices on random products without hesitation. He provided great customer service to a customer who had no clue what they were looking for and guided them through their selection process. Jenna is another great employee who always welcolmes customers with a smile and has insightful conversations, as well as making sure they feel informed about their choices. It's easy to see why customers come to Mango for great products and deals: the wait time is minimal and the staff are helpful. However, their return policy leaves a lot to be desired: they were unwilling to help when someone brought back a defective product within 7 days. Ultimately, the customer felt let down by the policy and won’t be going back due to the numerous other options available.
