This place is phenomenal and I’m glad I made the journey from Aurora to the springs as I think I found my new spot. Great customer service, phenomenal product and dejection. Staff was great, owner came out to meet me and shake hands and the check in process was super quick and smooth. 10/10 will definitely be back as a repeat customer.
I’ve watched this dispensary go through changes over the yrs, for the better every time. I got to meet the new owners this time with the change & I love their energy! I will say the manager I’m hoping changes, the demeanor & etiquette if anything. Very standoffish in person then when we did get a chance to speak finally, it was over the phone on 4/20 for a quick question. I basically was informed to ‘just come in & we can tell you more’. I figured 4/20 so maybe an early morning rush to come in & find out it’s not & my question could have been answered over the phone for wax. Wanted to chop it up as maybe it was just the day was busy & bad. Just two days ago, my wife had to go in & finally seen the manager who she said didn’t greet like everyone else & just rushed to the back. Being medicinal patients for years & the biggest thing that I pay attention to is the manager. They help or break the owners & workers of the dispensary. I would like to have a great relationship all around within the dispensary so hopefully things change.
Awesome dispensary with excellent product and staff! Kaitlyn helped me and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable! I am excited to be able to pick up Haylow Farms’ great flower directly from them and on top of that, they carry a great selection of concentrates and edibles. That Humble Farms rosin is ridiculously tasty :)
Kaitlyn was a very warm welcome, as was Makayla. They’re really kind. Down to Earth folks, made me feel like family. That bud is fire. Affordable price, too. Go see them!
